If shares were shorted and not delivered (such as naked shorts)---as some here claim--they would show on the FTD report...
ps...long trades can also show on the FTD report if there are delivery issues---insiders/note holders selling a position before their cert is delivered is one example...
as you can see that is not the case here--zero fails...
if a short position is taken where the shorted shares have been borrowed, then they would show on the Short Interest Report which is published bi-monthly...the Short Interest here has been zero since April:
