I had tomorrow mid day as the top, the premarket already indicated a normal low start which recently was followed by surges, I thought it made a lot of sense, apart of that, I called in around 10:30 AM and the market was already turned, so I judged the the "dangerous " 10:30 to 11:30 to be at worst a retest of the morning's lows, and thus not too much of a problem. It turned out I was lucky and the thing continued relentlessly up.
