You are completely correct. While the commitment is $300,000, your are correct in its distribution. Exactly as disclosed in the company's own 8k, which I myself also previously posted.

Regardless, of how it is distributed, it's a sizeable commitment. I like that Dutch retained the right to convert the cash to equity in Abba Medix should they come public.

That cash when converted has the potential of resulting in a much larger equity value than it's present dollar cash value.
