Why would such a profitable store be sold so cheap. Why were there not other suitors in a bidding war for something so profitable? it just does not add up. Did Donnell charm him with her assets and her wily smile and he just gave her the store at about at a 60% discount

Farmer John who sold the store might not be the country-f*** everybody thinks he might be. Maybe he got one over on Donnell.

What you have is projected revenue. Let's see how that turns out after year 1 under Queen Donnell.

BTW - what was projected revenue for flight school for year 1 - oh that did not work out. Already a precedent.
