Did Diwan really send a letter and invitation to only a few select shareholders and not all?

Not surprising.

Glad the sandwiches and pastries were served. Any discussion of when TOx would be completed (or started)? How about what the status of the Diwan sale of there lab to NNVC? Was any business discussed or just a chance to distract and delay?
