Based on my and others diligence, the only thing that makes any sense out of all of this is much more than face amount for former preferred. Just a little tidbit. From the stolen "Enterprise" and unjust enrichment, JPM has made about 20 billion a year multiplied by six years. This does NOT even account for the original (principal) stolen former 350 billion dollar "Enterprise" so you hopefully get my drift.

IMHO, outside of $25.00 to $50.00 dollars a share for the former $1000.00 face value WAMPQ preferred that may be left over, there will either be much more than face value or zero dollars.

You take a look at Susman's history and with the hand that he had with "Colorable" insider trading charges against the Hedge Funds as labeled by the court and then your guess MAY be as good as mine!
