I doubt it at these levels. More likely a note holder(s) or private placement shareholders, if any, selling shares at a controlled level. The past several weeks, the largest volume trades have been at or near the lows, so I'm not optimistic at the moment. The company stated they would file yam yam's financials when the info. became available, that's looking more and more like a B.S. story?
