I am setting my expectations low for late September or early October. Still, according to this Jacobs analyst, they think its done by Aug 1st:

"Second catalyst of course is between now and August 1st, we expect the official closing of the Overland-Sphere merger, which takes a little bit of the risk that is inherent in the stock, in terms of whether or not that deal closes. We believe, at Jacob, that the deal is wrapped up and should get closed in that time. So that should be another step up in the stock."
