I think it's rhetorical of an answer.

1) Who funds it? What lawyer is going to take it on?

2) When it's a Don Quixote from the beginning, then what? JPM has incredibly deep pockets -- you REALLY think you're going up against that?

3) Somebody stand up and be the leader here. Go for it. Start collecting of monies, interviewing lawyers, etc -- it's back to the whole "somebody else do it" and cheer 'them' along.
