CREDIBLE OR FACTUAL evidence , NO SIR I do not.

But as is the case in most instances, RARELY does average JOE Retail own prefd shares of a company , or if they do , those numbers are generally very small.

For the most part Prefd's as all by now know here , are held by TUTES and Hedge funds and major players............

Now take in the FACT that BRIDGECREEK owned at one point some 800,000 shares of our K's , until they got "FOUND OUT"(insider trading I might add) and one could only surmise all the PLAYERZZZZ here held/hold similar LARGE positions of our prefds.

I have said before , there was absolutely no reason to even waste the ink or lawyer time in the POL to make note that there would be "NO CAP ON PREFD's" , all here heard ROSSIE state , "I WISH I could say there is money for commons here but I can't , as there will be no money for commons here". (paraphrased)
