I hope ABBV and others have the decency by not paying their executives' tax liabilities like MDT did which is beyond ridiculous.



My guess is that there is a 99%+ chance that the executives will have their taxes paid by the company. It has happened in every inversion so far. Agreed that it is ridiculous. There should be a law. LOL.
