PMCM has nothing to do with PUGET POWER. so why did they even bother to mention it in there 10-Q? FALSE PR's get tickers halted

On March 7, 2014, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Jessica Vance, the owner of Suzie Q’s NPO and Puget Power CO LLC, which is located at 12710 Aurora Ave N, Seattle WA 98133.

So now owner of SUZIE Q's claims PUGET POWER is solely hers with no intent to sell. applying for Rec. license to grow and sell under which PMCM will have no connection.

So it has been 4 months and this acquisition has not happened?????? Why?

PMCM what a joke. they own nothing with no intent to. AND YOU ASK WHY THERE IS NO PR??? if they are worried about PR Cost then why would they waste there time PRing someones death completely unrelated to PMCM?
