My guess is Volk & co, really want to R/S, but because they read this board, & see the threats (which aren't idle) & folks know this was listed on Berlin Borse, right before the VM pump & crash, now their in limbo.

Could wgas really have legit assets but screwed it all up because of wanting to make/made a ton of $ screwing retail one mo time? Just goes to show, there's no right way to do wrong. Might be the best way, but no right way.
