You are correct.No one will ever know except the defendants plantiff and the attorneys from both sides and the court.

The public will never know ever.If either side speaks regarding confidential resolution they will be sued sued sued.

I've seen the wording on these settlements/buyouts before and Pfizer will never admit fault there will be a list a mile long that Intellect will release and vs verus

All I know is I was forced to continue to throw funds for years at ILNS trying to average down and I'm still so far underwater I need a sub to come and get me.

Never in a million years would it ever occured to me Pfizer would have pulled a stunt like they did against this tiny nothing company.

Then I look at the pipeline platforms and patents and I say all hell what was I thinking.They envy ILNS.
