QASP shareholders own 100% of GEI, and GEI owns 100% of Hydro-Grow. Should GEI ever get dissolved, QASP shareholders get 100% of the proceeds according to the filings.

There is no reason why GEI would be dissolved considering it is just getting started with plans for expansion in a booming industry.

QASP is off to PENNYLAND! QASP shareholders are golden!
