TICK takes a tumble and at 2:06 makes it under 0 for the first time since just before 12:00. That's not allowed. It has been decreed, no negative TICKs. <g>

MSFT just before 2:00 slipped under 24.75, bounced only to smack against the bottom of it, and was quickly under 24.70. They're trying to ramp it back up. And it makes it back over 24.70.
