Last time it opened where it closed before the halt and had been diluted after the RS, this appears short and maybe will react differently. I don't know what will happen here but it's not the same situation but you keep trying to spread fear if it makes you feel better.

Yeah this is a POS but if NEWL offers whatever info NASDAQ needs, they will have to re-instate unless something criminal comes about but diluting and RS all the time are not criminal...unethical perhaps but this is the stock market.

This will trade back onthe DAQ (initially) as talks are not until July 24 and it will take the Board time to decide the fate of NEWL's future listing. Nasdaq can't halt it for over a month and then say you don't have the Mkt Cap when it appears they were heading to that minimum...especially where they have allowed it for so long and now it appears there is a squeeze going on.

Will be interesting to see this play out.
