AGREED with every word in your post. I just hope someone under the captain reads it, gets it and does something about it.

They wouldn't have to dilute at this rate if the Captain would have been more proactive in supporting the share price. When notes are converted down at this price level and market cap level the dilution is accelerated. The Captain should have been done more to support the share price, so this rate of dilution wouldn't be happening.
