so ssince July 8, the last update when the OS was 142,374,673 we have seen FPFI dilute over 10 million shares in the past week.
Regardless of what the shares are being used for, that is an alarming rate of dilution.
Let hope that the Captain has something to PR with substance and to let those who are financing his operation, aka the shareholders, in on what the company is doing with the proceeds from those shares.
I would be afraid to attempt to imagine what the dilution rate would be at this point in time if the bid was at .01. Quirk said last year he planned on being able to retire from this company, at a PPS of .01 and the shares that are available, he would be able to in just over 2 months if he sold off 10 million shares a week.
