They had converted all of the debentures THAT THEY HELD AT THE TIME. They weren't holding any THAT day, BUT that doesn't say we didn't take money out of the pot of gold the next day and gave them some more. That is JUST MY READ. I don't think the GGI pot of gold is dry and when we take more, which I hope we don't have to, we'll issue them more debentures.
