Or an easier way: The Ps of $1,000 + The Ks of $25 = $1,025 which is 75%. The Common gets 25%. So 25% is 1/3 of 75% (25%/75%). Therefore, the Commons gets 1/3 of what the Ps and Ks get which is 1/3 of $1,025 or $341.666.
