The original comment, not question, was in post 4898. Although, I fully agree that this stock does have potential... bundles of it, you intimated that there was no other stock that had this kind of potential, so why would anyone be selling.
My comment thread simply states that for the SHORTER TERM. There ARE some better plays out there. I was setting the 45 day parameter based on it being 45 days until the 90 days in the original PR is passed. where this has dropped from the 6/7 to the 3/4 range....
I have been invested in that particular Airline for well over 14 years - that's right - 14. I have seen failure after failure. I have purchased PPs at levels I could laugh at, that I am still in a loss position. So Certainty is NOT any guarantee.
This is why I keep harping on the processing of the ore. Until that is cashed in, there is no value... only theoretical value. There is TONS of that...I do not disagree. But it does cost money to convert that into gold. Until they get that money, and as recent trading has highlighted, this is all on the hopes of a possible reality. I have been here before.
So the answer to the short term question where is my money best spent for the next 30 days, or that of any investor who is selling, is simple. The airline I have referred to is undergoing 121 certification. In the last 10 years 12 airlines have tried, 11 have failed. This is an intercontinental airline. Simple business plan. So many setbacks. BUT!!!! They are just about to complete the hardest phase of a 4 phase process and will be going to pahse 3 within weeks. When they get to phase 3 the FAA will finally allow ticket sales and marketing, until that point it is essentially public Blackout... The FAA has asked them to sponsor an airshow as America's Newest Airline the second week of August. The FAA does not do that unless they are fully confident that they will complete the process as the schedule outlines. (By the way - first flight mid september) I cannot explain to you what I expect to see but currently at a price of .03, I believe .15 is an easy achievement in August for the airline. (I will admit my 1 year projection based on load factors, NOLs and proformas is .57 cents in one year after first flight. 2-3 dollars within 3 years) What will I do with those profits from my August trades... hmmmm....
Look ,my point - there are opportunities out there that pose more immediate prospects that this one, which is a valid reason someone is dumping. you may not agree, or like it, but that is the possibility. In My plan, I am crazy invested in that other company. I will be able to retire 20 years early. SO I am comfortable with what I have there and here. I was merely responding to the comment...
