Is it possible the company will initiate a buy back, or do something different this time? I know what everyone is thinking " NO WAY" Ill take the other road and assume they do a buy back or come up with some very big news.. dont forget, they are going to announce the new ship, arbitration must be close to a decision, low float 6.5 million shares, Nasdaq continued listing announcement, and imo new investor/s or partnership / buy out announcement....if none of these things happen then its a gonna.....
