If Donnell believes she will get a 50% return on her gardening supplies store at just over 500k in revenues then she has never managed a Profit & Loss Statement. She will be teetering at the cusp of losing money just from the Cost of Goods, and Payroll. Then you add in all the other costs and this gardening store becomes a Loser. Trust me! I ran hundreds of retail and food locations in my career.
