Again, we DON'T know that it is with the auditors. We only know that, on June 23rd, PAWS said that (caps mine):
"BASED UPON OUR ABILITY TO CONTINUE TO COMPLETE THIS WORK AND ASSUMING CONTINUED PROGRESS AT A SIMILAR RATE, we HOPE to have all material information required for the 10-Q filing to our auditor by June 27, 2014."
Note that the company issued the following much more definitive statement nearly two months ago (caps again mine):
"Our financial team has worked around the clock to get the 10Q done and WE ARE CLOSE. Unfortunately It will take a FEW MORE DAYS." said Dan Wiesel, CEO of The PAWS Pet Company. "Going forward, these difficulties will be behind us and we will strive to file on time in the future."
