Hard to be patient but I really do think this delay and the DD that Ed is doing is the right move. We just went through a 3-way merger and new management across all 3 of them. As much DD went into the implementation of them merger, Ed is new and shouldn't take anyone at their word. Had he accepted everything and moved on quickly (as Dan did) with the future, there would be this lingering feeling that the past could come back to bite you; between stockholders from the past that come out of the woodwork once you are successful, employees or vendors that do the same, IRS, SEC, FINRA, NASDAQ or NYSE (yes, really getting ahead of myself now), CA, WI and/or IL Pharmacy Boards and AGs, this is the right move to set a firm foundation for the future.
