FYI

Great lawyers ALWAYS negotiate from strength!

REMEMBER Judge Walrath was steering for equitable disallowance.

EC were the ones that wanted to negotiate and do a shakedown of the SNH's! And EC in fact HAD a stronger hand than most people here realize.

If a lawyer from a big shot firm like Susman gets accoladed like this by the likes of Michael Willingham himself...

"I cannot say enough about Edgar’s skill at trial, from his presentation to his insight and anticipation of the opposition’s thoughts he is the complete trial lawyer. Indeed one rarely experiences the raw intelligence that Susman Godfrey’s trial lawyers possess. If I find myself at trial in a bankruptcy case or any other high stakes litigation, Edgar and Susman Godfrey will be at the top of the list."

...you guys really believe it's because we were left with crumbs??? Really??

And you suppose that you know everything is said at that mediation table? While only Sargent and Willingham sat there for equity.

And of course there is also a perfect factual and reasonable answer why Steve Susman himself began to follow WaMu shareholders on Twitter ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE.

Now why would he do that? Because he is a big fan and is showing sympathy of us suffering through the aftermath of a recovery that supposed to be "fair and reasonable"? YEAH RIGHT!

And i'm not even talking about the countless mortgage pools which are off the books:

We will be pleasantly surprised in little more than 2 months. If you have escrows, that is.
