Well said. (Agree with all of it, though I'm not sure I would never sell, but we might have the decision made for us.)

10. Good news from Dr. Cortes
11. A good Japan deal

Most of these positives will take time. That's the hardest part. My favorites are 1, 3 and 6. Any hint of good news there is worth dollars in pps.
