Those others you mentioned will also be interested in voting their shares in their own best interest. I think Dierdre would be upset if you said TM controlled her. She wants her shares to go up too.
Right off hand I don't know what % TM owns of BSTI, but there are a lot of shares out that he doesn't own which puts your 28.5mil contol in question.

I still say, he is not going to do something to lower the value of his shares...ONE of my shares = ONE of TM's shares.
