Why?

There's lots of things we trust to be true with an absence of proof. Skepticism may be understandable, but doesn't make for a very good deciding factor. Too much positive support, unsubstantiated maybe, to be discounted by unsubstantiated skepticism.

So again, why .008? Seems like an odd price to give in at when we've seen so many fluctuations at a higher price. Many claim they haven't been able to sell at various prices. Using manipulation as the only possible explanation. Manipulation by who exactly? Same ones who get called naive when they claim their buy orders get passed up for those executed at lower prices?
