From what I'm seeing its looking like they are diluting 70% and keeping the remaining 14M to dilute down the road... Those 14 million are going to be kept to dilute @ a higher price then here...I just don't see this company wanting to dilute any lower then what current PPS... Also remember we have a debenture here for 600k that was filed AFTER form D... Nomis is looking for a solid return here on STEV...
