i have no idea and to be honest i do not really care. some people will have to cover because of their broker, a lot will sell market, a lot will shoot in buy orders at low prices. hoping to get cheapies. are they cheapies? well if the company is not a scam then yes probably very cheap.

waiting for more info before i do anything.
