because at least in a scam. you, and I, and everyone else knows it. (and if you dont you shouldnt be here in the first place like 90% of the people who trade the otc calling for 1$ on a 000 stock with 5billion shares OS)

but here, this is a company trying to actually get their feet off the ground. purchasing equipment and making all the right moves, and at the WORST possible time decide to dilute right at a HUGE intersection of moving averages AND at a time where all the legalization issues are rampant in the news?

man. thats even worse than a scam if you ask me.

that is just straight up selfish practice and stupid management.
