that said, a $35 to $50-Mil. 10% or 15% down payment in LymPro by Big Pharma, with follow on royalities and forward PE's would push this into the $0.60's with a FMV = $500-Mil.

I think these numbers are pragmatic and achievable in 3Q14

anything more will have to justify a greater FMV

do they have the potential for that - absolutely

but I think GC likes to walk before he runs
