I understand that this is something completely different than the SEC suspension with no affiliation with the extension implemented by the SEC. However, I am curious as to whether or not the court can halt trading in the security as well as all activity within MDNT by way of the injunction that was granted. I am certain that they have power to stop all activity within MDNT, but not certain as to whether this would also include the stock as it is also MDNT. I need to see the court documents.


"The injunction prohibits Medient from issuing new stock, spending money belonging to the company, signing new contracts,or “any and all other business operations involving Medient.”
