It's in everyones best interest for the deal to get done. Signifi going public would take this company to a new level that will allow it to outshine competitors like AVTC and ERBB.

What was really shocking to me was how signifi came out and declared they were getting into the medical marijuanna business.

Just so happens that UNGS has a subsidiary that handles all of that.
What a perfect fit.

In November Florida will vote on the state laws that will allow dispensaries and possibly recreational use and decriminalization in the state. Not to mention the Canadians are also starting to go GREEN!~ They already have one of their provinces that legalized medical use.
