look for them to sell shares around .3 toxic financing ahead if you think they have cash to support the business your in for a surprise

Raising 50mil at .5 is not feasible and will take very long at the avg daily volume

Hence the 10% drop on the news once details of the new deal is announced it will react accordingly at that time
