It take a lot for a judge to dismiss a law suit as "frivolous". EDIGs patents are complicated enough that the case will lurch despite the fact it is most likely meritless. A case in the news recently that I would say will be dismissed is the sleeping guy who ESPN focused their camera on at a Red Sox game and made very light fun of. He is suing ESPN for 10 million saying very disparaging things were said about him. The thing is it was not ESPN who said the truly defaming things but people unassociated with ESPN. The judge will throw the case out as it is clear cut.

If EDIG ever does get a good markman ruling or the CE gets reversed on appeal (a high standard is required to get a reversal on appeal) or sees multi million dollar per company settlements maybe they have a chance. Otherwise CONGRATUALTIONS TO FRED FALK AND HANDAL! They are making a great living and a career of nuisance value settlements that will never benefit share holders.

I would rather wait for actual fundamental results not EDIGs implied potential. They have implied being on the verge of greatness for over a dozen different ventures over 14 years and never even came close to the implied potential.
