Bob, I fully realize than you wish to protect the individual investor and I find that admirable, noble and demonstrates your concern for the investor. However, all you can do is attempt to teach the investor not to do stupid things in the market. But even then you can't stop them from doing it even when they know is is stupid.
One thing I would like to point out which I do not have BOP's post but he was told a Cyber Moses that people that invest or trade in the OTCs is not an investor but a speculator. Lot of difference. I consider myself an investor but when the fundamentals change I change.
We are on the same page in a lot if scnearios just different methods of how to do it.
