XNRG - They were in court. Which means he got swindled and had no choice but legal recourse. Why put XNRG shareholders in that predicament in the first place? Waste of time, effort and money.



WHAT IT MEANS IS THAT HE CAUGHT IT IN TIME TO KEEP FROM GETTING SWINDLED. BIG DIFFERENCE. TWO SIDES TO EVERY COIN EVEN IF THE FACE IS THE SAME ON BOTH SIDES.
