There is no other logical basis for it!
No word from the company, no contracts, no revenue, no petrozene sales, no ORUs, no aqueous impact, no encapsol! People don't buy in on "nothing".
FSNR has been all hype and no proof! So what other likely, reasonable explanation could it be?
For the record, I hope your guess is the right one, but in my perspective to now its unlikely the case!
