If paying $50-100K as opposed to millions in legal fees is winning I guess you can say the DEFENDANTS actually won. At any rate pulling in average $100k settlements is not going to ever be a "win" for shareholders. It is a win for Fred Falk and the lawyers though! Be happy for them they have made an entire career of it and will retire well off.
