mr40, the question here is how much is that patent is worth. How many penney's do you know that has a 6 year 7 million dollar patent in phone encryption? Nobody knows at this point but to close a blind eye is not a smart move. The volume is low right now because nobody wants sell and to buy with a tight float means you have to purchase higher than you want. You were hear along time ago warning investors to stay away and at the time I agreed with you. But after learning why this company was put on hold and with the news that has come to past, don't you think a hold (at this time) would be a better call? This company represents what investing in penneys is all about! This is a chance for some invetor's to make life impacting money with just a few thousand dollars you write off.
