"...SEE YOU ON MONDAY
Thank you for following along with us as we navigated these four tense and emotional quarter-finals over the past two days. It all started when Germany edged France 1-0 at the Maracana, and Friday's action finished in Fortaleza with Brazil beat Colombia 2-1 but paid a heavy price in losing Neymar for the rest of the tournament due to injury. Germany will now take on Brazil in their semi-final on Tuesday, 8 July.
Today's games were just as exciting, and Argentina's early goal put them past Belgium to set-up a semi-final clash with the Netherlands after the Oranje clipped Costa Rica on penalties in Salvador. Their last four fixture will take place on Wednesday, July 9 in Sao Paulo.
We now face two rest days to get ourselves ready for the big finish at Brazil 2014, but we'll be back on Monday to preview the two semi-finals and recap what we have seen in the tournament so far. In the meantime, be sure to #joinin the global conversation on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and check out your impact on our World Cup social hub...."
