You guys figured it out (and I agree with you totally)!!! I had initally thought that our substantial recovery for our prior WAMU Common Shares would come from WAMU's law suit against the FDIC (both Receiver and Corporate) in THJRC's Court in Washington, D.C. However, as you pointed out, there is not need to continue that law suit because everything has already been previously agreed to/settled by all parties involved. JPMC/FDIC will pay us prior Retail WAMU Shareholders the substantial recoveries in POR 7 that the SNHs were going to steal from us in POR 6. Your explainations of the facts makes perfect sense.
In any event, I just had to give "credit where credit is due". You guys have done a wonderful job of DD.
