Rival Technologies Inc.-Positive Test Results

LAS VEGAS, Mar 28, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Rival Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:RVTI) reports that its oil and gas subsidiary, TRU Oiltech, has received preliminary results from its current test program at the Alberta Research Council. Results show that the TRU reagent and its process successfully produced a high yield, low density (27 API for light oil vs. 9.3 API gravity for heavy oil feed), 88% lower acidity, ash-free light oil having a 99% lower viscosity than the heavy crude oil feed.

The Company plans further tests and will provide updated information over the coming weeks.
