What are they afraid of ??.. That's the question I ve been asking as well..... I believe the management didn't want shareholders to sue TEVE because they knew that they have made a huge mistake ...IT'S A TRICK.... NDA came out 9 months after R/S and it is illogical no question about that ... The management is still protecting Emmett under NDA's umbrella ... Who hired this idiot ?? Ask Paul Andrews...
