Dadx4, thanks for the message. Unfortunately, I can't respond to private messages since I don't subscribe to IHUB. Actually tore it doing yoga of all things. Want to get back to playing ultimate frisbee and beach volleyball (I'm an old man, 51 playing young man's games). Upside, is I will have more time to work on the blog, and hope to have it done by Monday next week.
