Rule 12g-4 -- Certifications of Termination of Registration Under Section 12(g)
1. Termination of registration of a class of securities shall take effect 90 days, or such shorter period as the Commission may determine, after the issuer certifies to the Commission on Form 15 that:
1. Such class of securities is held of record by:
1. Less than 300 persons;
Note that the stock will still trade on the pinksheets even after the 90 days. There will be no change. All the filing does is to terminate the duty to file periodic reports. Most companies on the pinks never even filed a SEC registration in the first place for this very reason.
Simply stated. WHAIQ does not want the common to know anything about their financial status.
