Having set up hundreds of Non-Disclosure Agreements and litigating about 50 alleged breaches in my career I would say I'm very familiar in the intricacies of the subject matter. NDA's are commonly used to protect proprietary or sensitive data in an employer/employee relationship, attorney work product, or in civil court settlements. However, in nearly 30 years as a member of the Bar, I have never seen it used contractually between a publicly traded company such as Telvue and its shareholders. It simply doesn't add up. I'm actually tempted to purchase one share of Telvue solely for the purpose of determining if such a document exists and whether it has any legal standing.
